Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of trees, growth patterns and trimming techniques.
• Ability to adhere to safety requirements near energized conductors.
• Ability to read and follow job instructions and safety information.

Responsibilities

• Prune, trim, remove and fell trees near power lines.
• Operate climbing equipment and handheld tools.
• Work aloft with rigging lines and lift equipment to drop debris safely.
• Maintain equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Follow company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Supervise less experienced workers when qualified to do so.
