Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC seeks a Trimmer/Climber Foreperson to lead daily crew operations, coordinate with management on hiring needs, and enforce safety protocols on job sites. You will troubleshoot field issues, train and mentor crew, and ensure timely completion of assigned work.

The role is full-time, non-exempt, with competitive hourly pay and benefits including health, dental, vision, and retirement.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret drawings and symbols for lines and equipment.
• Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage field crews.

Responsibilities

• Plan and assign daily work for the crew after orders are received.
• Conduct field training and retraining for crew members.
• Enforce safety practices per OSHA and company policy; lead safety training.
• Coordinate with property owners on access and work scope; resolve issues.
• Maintain records and reports on crew performance and jobs.
• Manage crew costs and resource utilization; report outcomes.
