Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to steer daily crew operations, coordinate with management, and ensure safety protocols are followed on sites in Wisconsin. You will recruit, train, and mentor crew members, resolve field issues, and communicate with property owners to obtain access for work.

The role is full-time, non-exempt, with competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Requires understanding of drawings and symbols representing lines and equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Must be able to drive an approved company vehicle.
• Must be able to work with hands overhead.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after orders are received.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew on new job units.
• Enforces safe work practices per OSHA and company policies.
• Obtains access from property owners and coordinates with customers.
• Maintains crew time records, reports, and costs.
• Furnishes reports on incidents and equipment issues.
• Maintains good customer relations and professional conduct.
