SavATree is seeking an experienced Crew Lead to join our General Tree Care Team. You will guide a work crew in pruning, removals, and related tree care tasks on client properties, emphasizing safety, efficiency, and high-quality service.

Ideal candidates have strong pruning knowledge, species identification, and experience with climbing and equipment operation, including chainsaws and aerial lifts. Growth and training are encouraged in a supportive outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with proper pruning practices including large shade trees and ornamentals.
• Ability to identify native and introduced tree and shrub species.
• Climb without spurs and follow safety standards.
• Experience with tree care safety standards.
• Practical knowledge of chainsaw and equipment operation.
• Experience with aerial lifts (bucket truck).
• Demonstrate knowledge of different tree species and techniques for climbing.

Responsabilités

• Prune, remove, cable brace and perform related tree care tasks.
• Safely operate equipment and perform assigned job tasks while providing excellent service.
• Work with team to ensure health and beauty of client landscapes.
