Job summary

SavATree LLC is seeking a General Tree Care Crew member to provide high-quality pruning, removals, and cabling services for clients across our community. You will join a crew focused on safety and efficiency while maintaining excellent client care.

Ideal candidates bring experience in pruning large trees and ornamentals, identifying tree species, and operating a bucket truck or chainsaw. CDL is a plus and a valid driver’s license is required. This role offers competitive pay and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience with pruning large shade trees and ornamentals.
• Ability to identify native and introduced tree and shrub species.
• Ability to climb without spurs.
• Experience with tree care safety standards.
• Practical knowledge of chainsaw operation.
• Experience with aerial lifts (bucket truck).
• Knowledge of ANSI pruning standards and terminology.
• Ability to safely use climbing gear (ropes, saddles, ladders).

Responsibilities

• Work on a General Tree Care crew to provide high-quality tree care.
• Perform pruning, removals, cable bracing and related tasks.
• Safely operate equipment and maintain client-focused service.
