Job summary

Merck's U.S. Oncology business seeks a commercial operations leader to drive demand planning, capacity planning, scenario modeling, and analytics across the Intismeran treatment ecosystem as we prepare for potential U.S. launch.

Reporting to the Director of Individualized Therapy Operations, you will build governance, dashboards, and KPI frameworks, translate complex data into actionable insights, and partner across functions to ensure scalable, data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in pharma/biotech with planning or analytics background.
• Experience leading cross-functional operational planning and performance reviews.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational demand and capacity planning for Intismeran with projections and scenarios.
• Align demand with manufacturing and readiness, identifying risks and mitigations.
• Develop capacity planning and scenario models; assess impact on performance.
• Oversee an intelligence framework with dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Drive data-driven decisions across leadership and governance forums.
