Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in leading Garden/Podium Wrap type multifamily projects.
• Experience with cast-in-place and precast garage construction is a plus.
• Proven experience delivering large sites on time, within budget, and safely.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily onsite operations including project staff and subcontractors.
• Plan, direct and coordinate activities to meet schedule and budget.
• Travel as required to attend meetings and site visits.
• Review status reports and modify schedules as required.
• Draft, review and approve changes/COs and vendor invoices.
• Coordinate with Company personnel and ensure safety and quality standards.
