The role emphasizes travel program management, policy influence, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize travel spend and supplier performance. As a small but impactful team, you will lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives for travel providers, including TMCs, airlines, hotels, and related technologies, while aligning with Finance and Travel

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant strategic sourcing experience in corporate travel.
• Excellent negotiations skills for large volume/high risk deals.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and execute high impact sourcing strategies.
• Ability to influence traveler behavior without direct authority.

Responsabilités

• Drive development and execution of strategic sourcing projects for corporate travel.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing of travel providers (TMCs, airlines, hotels, car rental, travel tech).
• Negotiate terms to maximize value and minimize risk for Cohesity.
• Manage supplier relationships across geographies and monitor performance via SLAs and KPIs.
• Partner with Finance, HR, Events and Travel leadership to optimize policy and spend visibility.
• Monitor savings targets and report on progress quarterly/annually.
