Job summary

HCSC is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Senior Advisor within the Procurement organization to partner with business and enterprise leaders on complex sourcing and supplier strategies, with a primary focus on HR & Travel.

You will lead cross‑functional workstreams, drive negotiations, analyze financial and market data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for executives, while coaching colleagues and building alignment across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years progressive experience in indirect procurement, supplier management, category management.
• Proficient at MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strategic and innovative thinker able to influence and advise the business areas.
• Strong executive presence with outstanding interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
• Critical thinking, analytical skills and business acumen.
• Conflict resolution skills.
• Consistent thought leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own complex sourcing and category workstreams end-to-end including RFP/RFx processes.
• Drive complex negotiations and supplier agreements such as MSAs and SOWs.
• Analyze financial, supplier, market, and operational data to identify opportunities.
• Structure ambiguous questions and translate analyses into actionable insights.
• Develop clear recommendations and presentations for leaders.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and build cross-functional alignment.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams with ownership and coaching of colleagues.
