Qualifications

• 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience, including travel categories
• Proven ability to lead negotiations with travel suppliers
• Strong stakeholder collaboration across business units
• Familiarity with travel ecosystem and supplier performance management
• Comfort using data analytics to identify savings opportunities

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing of corporate travel providers (TMCs, airlines, hotels, car rentals, travel-technology solutions)
• Develop and execute category strategies with savings targets and KPIs
• Negotiate terms to maximize value while mitigating risk
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and monitor performance via SLAs and reviews
• Partner with Finance, Travel, and HR to optimize policy, spend visibility, and traveler experience
