Job summary

HCSC is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Senior Advisor to partner with enterprise leaders in solving supply and supplier challenges, driving data-driven decisions, and delivering measurable savings across Corporate Functions, especially HR & Travel.

You will own multi-step sourcing programs, negotiate MSAs/SOWs, and translate analyses into actionable strategies for technology and business leaders. Hybrid work and a strong growth trajectory are offered.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years progressive experience in indirect procurement, supplier management, category management.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strategic and innovative thinker with strong influencing skills.
• Strong executive presence and excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical thinking, business acumen, and conflict resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own complex sourcing and category workstreams from definition to execution, including RFP/RFI/RFx and negotiations.
• Develop supplier agreements (MSAs, SOWs, amendments) and pricing models.
• Analyze financial and supplier data to identify trends and savings opportunities.
• Frame ambiguous questions and translate analyses into actionable recommendations.
• Present clear recommendations to business and technology leaders for decisions.
• Act as trusted advisor, challenging assumptions and aligning across functions.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams with ownership and coaching of colleagues.
