Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Manager – Transportation Systems Management to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our Transportation Management System (TMS). You will guide a technology product team to optimize cost, improve efficiency, and ensure visibility across the supply chain.

Reporting to the Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence, this role requires senior leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and travel up to 25% to align with carriers and facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced degree desired.
• 8+ years in Transportation, Logistics or Supply Chain roles preferred.
• PM experience and knowledge of Agile practices.
• Technology-grounded with ERPs, TMS, WMS platforms preferred.
• People leadership experience preferred.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a technology product team for TMS across the full lifecycle.
• Champion transportation product strategy with short-term and long-range roadmaps.
• Design and deploy solutions to enhance global supply chain management and reduce costs.
• Gather requirements, define KPIs, and conduct cost-benefit analyses.
• Identify and resolve complex issues; mitigate risks for timely delivery.
• Ensure adoption and seamless integration of technology solutions.
• Collaborate with IT in an Agile framework to meet evolving needs.
