Job summary

McClelland Consulting Engineers (MCE), an ESP Company, seeks a Project Manager to lead the planning, design, and delivery of transportation and stormwater projects across Arkansas. You will serve as the primary client contact, manage budgets and schedules, mentor staff, and support ESP business development initiatives throughout the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Arkansas or through reciprocity within six months.
• 5+ years of progressive transportation and/or stormwater engineering with project management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation and stormwater projects from planning through closeout.
• Serve as primary client contact and coordinate with regulators, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Develop scopes, budgets, schedules, staffing plans, and monitor performance.
• Provide technical leadership and QA for roadway design, drainage systems, and related infrastructure.
• Monitor project financial performance including forecasting, invoicing, and contract administration.
• Mentor and supervise engineers, EITs, designers, and staff.
