Job summary

McClelland Consulting Engineers (MCE), an ESP Company, is seeking a Project Manager for water and wastewater projects based in Fort Smith, AR. The role oversees development, budgets, schedules, and cross-team coordination.

Responsibilities include preparing reports, permits, and mentoring junior staff while ensuring regulatory compliance. Travel is limited to regional sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field from an ABET-accredited college.
• Arkansas P.E. licensure preferred (Oklahoma P.E. licensure also preferred).
• Strong communication, writing, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage water/wastewater project development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Approve changes impacting scope, budget, or schedule.
• Monitor progress against the project plan and provide input to decisions.
