Job summary

McClelland Consulting Engineers (MCE), an ESP Company, is seeking a Project Manager to lead water and wastewater projects across Arkansas and parts of Oklahoma. You will oversee project development, implementation, evaluation, and budget development, ensuring changes don't exceed scope, schedule, or budget.

You will mentor entry and mid-level engineers, coordinate with multiple departments, and contribute to strategic decisions that affect project delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field from an ABET accredited college.
• Knowledge of ADEQ and ADH regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Understanding of Ten States Standards.
• Thorough understanding of water and wastewater system infrastructure design.
• Shows initiative, creativity, problem solving and independent judgment.
• Ability to manage project schedules and budgets.
• Strong communication, writing, technical and analytical skills.
• Ability to interact with private and municipal clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Pass drug screen, background check, and driving record per policy.

Responsibilities

• Planning, development, implementation, and evaluation with management of projects.
• Resolve escalated issues requiring cross-department coordination.
• Maintain progress and manage tasks to minimize cost and risk.
• Prepare engineering reports, feasibility studies, and project performance plans.
