Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Resident Engineer, PM or Construction Manager.
• Proven experience on large transportation projects in Oklahoma.
• Strong knowledge of contract management and project delivery methods.
• Valid driver's license and good driving history.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Oklahoma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite supervision of road and infrastructure construction to ensure safety, quality and contract compliance.
• Lead a team of inspectors and site staff, manage interface with clients and contractors.
• Report progress, financials, safety trends and changes in the contract work.
• Develop trusted client relationships and promote safe construction practices.
