Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management essential.
• Licensed Professional Engineer or CCM Certification with 8-10 years of experience required.
• Must possess field inspection and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead inspection staff and manage daily project administration.
• Review daily inspector reports and handle project correspondence.
• Produce estimates and maintain accurate records for construction projects.

Skills

Knowledge of CTDOT construction policies and procedures

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Basic knowledge of CPM scheduling techniques

Field Inspection Experience

Supervisory Experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Education
