Job summary

Responsibilities include solving engineering problems, performing transportation analyses, writing reports, and preparing PS&E packages for municipal, county, and state agencies. Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of project engineering experience.
• PE license preferred.
• Ability to lead, manage and schedule staff to meet project needs.
• Experience with Missouri Department of Transportation and local municipalities preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Resolve engineering problems and tasks as assigned, with help from experienced staff.
• Perform transportation engineering analyses and calculations.
• Prepare and write engineering and other reports.
• Work as part of a team to complete transportation engineering services for municipal, county, and state agencies.
• Assist in preparing reports and feasibility studies.
• Develop engineering plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E).
