Qualifications

10 years PennDOT highway construction experience or equivalent.
Ability to interpret written specifications, plans and construction documents.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

Oversee construction projects from conception to completion, reviewing schedules and costs.
Assign and coordinate field inspection staff.
Monitor onsite and offsite construction for contract compliance.
Resolve issues from unforeseen conditions.
Ensure project documentation and close-out are completed.
Interpret drawings and prepare work orders.
Follow project safety protocols.
Perform additional duties to ensure project success.
