Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Transportation Construction Inspector Supervisor (TCIS) at all levels to contribute to projects across Pennsylvania. You will oversee roadway, structure, and toll plaza inspections from design to construction, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

The role requires five years of inspection experience with supervisory responsibility and relevant certifications. This is a field-focused position based in Pennsylvania with opportunities across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience may substitute for diploma.
• Minimum 5 years of roadway/bridge inspection experience, including 2 years supervising inspectors.
• Three of the following certifications/experience: NICET Level 3+, ACI Concrete, PennDOT, NECEPT Concrete, NECEPT Asphalt, PennDOT/Pennsylvania Turnpike experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise inspectors on major transportation projects.
• Review drawings and prepare for inspection.
• Conduct field measurements for pay item documentation.
• Inspect traffic control setup and erosion control devices.
• Monitor materials certifications per client procedures.
