Job summary

Stantec is seeking Transportation Construction Inspector Supervisors (TCIS) at multiple levels to contribute to roadway and bridge projects across Pennsylvania. The role involves supervising inspectors, reviewing plans, and ensuring compliance from design to construction.

Qualified candidates typically have 5+ years of construction inspection experience, with 2+ years in supervisory roles and relevant NICET/ACI/NECEPT certifications.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or relevant experience; diploma preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of construction inspection on major roadway/bridge projects.
• At least 2 years supervising and/or managing inspectors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise inspectors on major transportation projects.
• Review drawings to prepare for inspections.
• Conduct field measurements to document pay item quantities.
• Inspect worksite for proper traffic control setup.
• Inspect erosion control devices for permit compliance.
• Monitor and record materials certifications per client procedures.
