Job summary

LifeLink Foundation is seeking a Transplant Coordinator Manager to oversee daily operations, mentor Coordinators, and ensure compliance with UNOS and CMS standards. The role includes education, staff evaluations, and collaboration with Recovery Services leadership on process improvements.

Ideal candidates have BSN/RN/PA or equivalent and at least four years in procurement coordination or critical care nursing with supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• BSN, RN, or PA or equivalent.
• Four years’ experience as a procurement coordinator or in critical care nursing or similar responsibilities.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct staff coaching, scheduling, training, and performance appraisal to align with LifeLink mission.
• Participate in Administrator on Call schedule and serve as a backup to the Director of Recovery Services.
• Ensure compliance with UNOS, CMS, AOPO, and other regulatory standards through QA/PI processes.
• Lead policy revisions and staff development programs to improve performance.
• Oversee core competencies development and annual implementation across the department.
