Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years relevant project management experience in construction.
• Excellent computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and PM software preferred.
• Experience with document control, scheduling, and cost control is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities for one or multiple projects.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and cost development; monitor performance.
• Negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and change orders with stakeholders.
• Manage client relations, risk reviews, and procurement plans.
• Ensure project safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across sites.
• Provide mentorship and coordinate staff across disciplines.
