Ideal candidates have a construction or related degree with several years of site-based experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to multi-task on large projects while traveling as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3 years relevant construction experience.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with document control, scheduling, cost control and project management software is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle large volumes of work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience across aviation, commercial, energy, government, manufacturing, oil & gas, process, transmission & distribution, transportation, or water industries is preferred.
• Basic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Must be able to meet the company's driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of project safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, subcontractors, and procurement.
• Develop and implement project plans including risk reviews, QA, safety, and procurement plans.
• Support the bid/proposal process, contract documents, and supplier/ subcontractor management.
• Track costs, schedule progress, and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with superintendents and site managers on safety, quality, and compliance.
• Assist with project turnover, documentation, and closeout activities.
• Support safety, quality, progress and financial audits and assessments.
• Ensure proper invoicing processes and help maintain project documentation systems.
