MSD in San Francisco is seeking a Principal Scientist to provide strategic biomarker leadership across Neuroscience programs from early to late clinical development. You will design, execute, and communicate translational and clinical biomarker strategies that inform dose, patient stratification, and go/no-go decisions.

Qualificações
- Significant experience developing and executing translational or clinical biomarker strategies in drug development.
- Scientific expertise in neuroscience, neurodegeneration, or related disciplines.
- Ability to translate hypotheses into biomarker strategies informing clinical development decisions.
- Strong understanding of MOA, disease biology, pharmacology, biomarkers, and endpoints.
- Ability to lead cross-functional scientific work in a matrixed environment.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and lead integrated biomarker strategies across Neuroscience programs.
- Translate disease biology into clear translational hypotheses and biomarker approaches.
- Define how biomarkers inform development questions, PD, and go/no-go decisions.
- Serve as biomarker representative on cross-functional program teams.
- Lead interpretation of biomarker and clinical data and translate results into recommendations.
