Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in engineering project management or similar roles.
• Experience with requirements traceability tools (e.g., Polarion).
• Strong communication skills for customer-facing work.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.
• Familiarity with CAD (SolidWorks) and PLM (Teamcenter).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary engineering contact for customers and ensure timely issue Resolution.
• Coordinate engineering activities across product teams to ensure project alignment.
• Manage and maintain system and subsystem requirements with proper flow-down and traceability.
• Drive technical quality from development through serial production.
• Plan, execute, and document Verification & Validation (V&V) activities.
• Ensure system performance meets contracts, standards, and safety requirements.
• Lead brake system homologation and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and align scope with customer expectations.
• Represent engineering within the Project Core Team and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Develop and manage the project engineering plan including integration, validation, and delivery.
