Job summary

Meredith College seeks an Associate Director of Admissions to lead recruitment for transfer, WINGS, and graduate programs, partnering with department heads, faculty, and Deans to meet enrollment targets and implement strategies across domestic and outreach efforts.

The role requires a Master’s degree, 3–5 years of admissions experience, and a valid NC driver’s license, with frequent travel and occasional evening/weekend work.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Minimum of three to five years of admissions and recruiting experience or related work.
• Valid NC Driver’s license and clear driving history.

Responsibilities

• Meet enrollment goals for assigned program areas by representing Meredith at events and campus visits.
• Serve as primary liaison between admissions and department heads, faculty and Deans.
• Review applications and make admissions decisions based on program criteria.
• Collaborate with admissions leadership to improve processes and efficiency.
• Coordinate recruiting events and monitor recruitment travel costs.
• Develop relationships with other departments and secondary school partners to enhance service.
