The role requires collaboration with campus departments and system enthusiasts for upgrades and new reports. You will design quality improvements, manage escalations, and develop training materials while partnering on multi-department financial projects.

Formación

• Experience managing staff.
• Excel proficiency (formulas, filtering, graphs, v-lookups, pivot tables).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with expense management processes and process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise accounts payable operations to meet SLA targets for speed, accuracy, and reliability.
• Lead and develop staff in accounting and transactional services.
• Manage escalations with departments and ensure policy adherence.
• Develop and implement quality controls to improve accuracy and reduce risk.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new financial system initiatives.
• Design reports, policies, and procedures to strengthen internal controls.
• Oversee reconciliations and QA activities.
• Provide training and guidance related to systems upgrades.
