E-Z Bel Construction, LLC in Austin, TX seeks a Senior Field Superintendent to lead field execution for signal, ITS, illumination, and underground scopes across multiple projects. You will translate plans, verify foundations and cabinets, and ensure accurate installations with survey and project management partners.

The role requires deep knowledge of signal/ITS work, strong leadership, and the ability to work nights or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Progressive field experience in traffic signal or electrical/civil work with leadership roles.
• Ability to read plans, wiring diagrams, and traffic control plans.
• OSHA 30 or IMSA certifications preferred; driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily field execution for signal, ITS, illumination, and related scopes on multiple projects.
• Translate plans into clear field direction and verify foundations, conduit, cabinets, and installations.
• Lead safety on site, enforce QA/QC, and manage high‑risk tasks and night operations.
• Coordinate with Foremen, crews, and inspectors to meet schedule and quality targets.
