Job summary

Creighton Manning, a GAI Company, is seeking a Senior Traffic Engineer for our Syracuse office. The ideal candidate is a team player who can independently lead traffic tasks with complex features while adhering to DOT standards and MUTCD design requirements.

Responsibilities include leading traffic reports, design plans and calculations; performing traffic modeling (Highway Capacity Software, Synchro/SimTraffic); traffic signal, signing and pavement marking design; and serving as a Task Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering.
• 12+ years of experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• P.E. license and driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead production and checking of traffic reports, design plans, calculations, specifications, and cost opinions.
• Lead traffic modeling and analysis with HCS, Synchro/SimTraffic, etc.; traffic signal design; signing and pavement marking design.
• Serve as a Task Manager on projects.
