Qualified candidates hold an ABET/EAC engineering degree, with 10 years in a similar role, PE preferred, and active professional membership. After-hours work may be required to meet client requests and proposal deadlines.

Qualifications

• ABET/EAC-accredited engineering degree (or approved equivalent).
• 10 years of experience in a similar engineering role.
• Professional Engineer licensure strongly desired; experience may substitute for PE.
• Active member of a professional practice organization.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day client relations for individual projects.
• Staffing and project scheduling duties.
• Serve as concurrent project manager for multiple projects of varying complexity.
• Review project documents for conformity and QA/QC.
• Represent the organization in meetings and conferences on engineering tasks.
• Train and provide technical guidance to project engineers and staff engineers.
• Manage project schedules and budgets.
• Lead project/public meetings for complex projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary projects and assist in proposals and interviews.
• Prepare bills for projects.
