RoadSafe Traffic Systems is seeking a Traffic Control Supervisor II to oversee safety operations and lane closures on state highways and other roadways. You will lead traffic control crews, mentor team members, and ensure all work complies with safety regulations.

Responsibilities include transporting equipment, conducting toolbox talks, and maintaining accurate job documentation. This is a non-exempt, supervisory role requiring travel and rotating on-call duties.

Competenze

• ATSSA Traffic Control Supervisor certification is required.
• 3–4 years traffic control experience.
• Ability to lead crews and train staff.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.

Mansioni

• Oversee and execute traffic control operations on projects.
• Lead daily traffic control crews and mentor team members.
• Set up, monitor, and remove lane closures on roadways.
• Ensure safety protocols and PPE compliance at all times.
• Maintain project documentation and timesheets.

Conoscenze

3–4 years traffic control experience

Valid driver’s license with clean MVR

Leadership and training of crews

Strong knowledge of safety protocols
