Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a senior leader in Marketing Analytics/Market Research to drive data-driven decision making and AI-enabled insights across Intercontinental operations. You will champion analytic solutions, align KPIs, and scale initiatives across area and affiliates while partnering with Commercial, Finance, Medical, HR, and CEX teams.

The role requires a decade of analytics experience, strong data science understanding, and proven ability to lead complex programs in a regulated healthcare

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in data management, analytics, and enterprise BI tools (Foundry).
• Demonstrated experience in leadership roles with a passion for decision-making and achieving results.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on influencing and negotiating at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of WWD capability into the Intercontinental Area HQ with a forward‑thinking vision.
• Own the creation, deployment, and optimization of analytical solutions at Intercontinental scope.
• Coordinate the business insights agenda end‑to‑end across the Intercontinental Area and affiliates.
