Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• 2+ years of pharma market access experience with health plans, PBMs, hospital systems.
• Strong storytelling and concise communication skills.
• 2+ years of SQL experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead standard and ad-hoc analytics across portfolio for market access issues with data analytics and insights.
• Identify market dynamics via claims analysis and market research to shape brand demand and risks.
• Develop analytics and insights across market access channels; communicate with leadership.
• Demonstrate expertise in SQL, data manipulation, and reporting to support strategic decisions.
