Job summary

ZT Systems seeks a Lead Technical Program Manager for New Product Introduction at its Texas manufacturing facility. You will act as the primary technical interface between the TX NPI team and the global NPI organization, guiding complex hyperscale server, storage, and AI GPU launches from planning through production.

You will lead a local team of technical program managers and engineers, collaborate to build a global NPI roadmap, and embed global standards into the Texas factory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, systems engineering, or technical management.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant technical program management or engineering experience in a high-reliability manufacturing environment (or 6+ years with a Master's degree).
• Demonstrated track record of leading complex hardware NPI programs and high-velocity product launches.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key technical interface between the Texas NPI team and our global NPI organization.
• Lead and collaborate on establishing a unified global NPI roadmap across ZT's manufacturing footprint.
• Develop and execute launch plans, milestone schedules, and resource allocation for parallel customer programs.
• Drive site-level capacity planning and readiness in collaboration with global teams.
• Oversee manufacturing readiness reviews and risk assessments.
• Coordinate local engineering and production testing for pre-production and production builds.
• Identify issues and lead cross-functional teams in rapid troubleshooting and schedule recovery.
• Communicate program health and launch status to local leadership and global executives.
• Coach and mentor the Texas team to ensure rigorous technical program execution.
