Job summary

ZT Systems in Texas is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager for New Products Introduction (NPI) to guide the local NPI team, align with global standards, and drive rapid, quality launches of hyperscale servers, storage, and AI GPU platforms.

You will build launch plans, manage schedules, ensure factory readiness, perform risk assessments, and mentor engineers to sustain engineering excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of PM or engineering experience in a high-reliability manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of leading hardware NPI programs and high-velocity launches.
• Strong server hardware fundamentals, production testing, firmware, and hyperscale compute/storage architectures.
• Proficiency with structured problem solving, data analytics, and BI tools (Python, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or equivalents).
• Excellent communication and executive reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key technical interface between the Texas NPI team and the global NPI organization.
• Lead the local team to develop and execute comprehensive launch plans, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate capacity planning, factory readiness, and site-level manufacturing readiness reviews.
• Drive CRE cycle management, risk assessments, and rapid issue resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Coach and mentor engineers to build engineering excellence and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Summarize program health and risks for local leadership and global executives.
