Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a product engineering program leader to drive hardware NPI for gigawatt-scale AI data-center components, spanning racks, gear, and power conversion to rate production.

You will own schedules, manage risks, and coordinate across design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to deliver on time and within scope. This role demands a strong engineering background and proven ability to accelerate complex hardware programs.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of technical program management of hardware NPI at an OEM, ODM, or hyperscaler.
  • Engineering degree and enough technical depth to hold design reviews honest.
  • Have made hard calls on slipping programs and can walk through decisions and costs.
  • Handled DVT-stage component changes with 20-week lead times and fast closure.
  • Build credible program schedules across uncertain design phases and identify critical uncertainties.

Responsibilities

  • Own the program schedule, stage gates, and cross-functional execution from kickoff through rate production.
  • Run risk and dependency management across design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain with actionable data.
  • Facilitate gate reviews and readiness scoring, enforcing standards to ensure true readiness.
  • Broker escalations and decisions between engineering and delivery to keep long-lead items moving.
  • Build program schedules that hold up when the design team signals uncertainty, with explicit decision dates.
