Job summary

Wayve is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager for the AI Platform to build and lead the TPM function for data and compute infrastructure, model-development tooling, and training technology. You will partner with AI Platform leadership to deliver across a roadmap, coaching a lean TPM team and aligning with ML/research, infrastructure, and on-vehicle teams.

• 8+ years delivering platform or infrastructure programs as a TPM with ownership.
• Proven people leadership building high-performing teams.
• Deep technical credibility with ML infrastructure, compute, and embedded systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the TPM function; build, coach, and grow a small team.
• Own platform delivery; plan, prioritise, and execute the platform roadmap.
• Be a trusted partner for Engineering to land big outcomes with high leverage.
• Drive flagship programs across data & compute infra, tooling, training tech, and embedded inference.
