Job summary

Wayve seeks a Lead Technical Program Manager for Quality & Compliance to build and lead the TPM function that rolls out company-wide quality and compliance initiatives, spanning ASPICE, security, data privacy and operational safety. You’ll turn heavyweight requirements into pragmatic, lightweight processes and act as a force multiplier across Wayve.

You will lead flagship initiatives and coach a small TPM team; success is measured by compliance, risk reduction and organisational efficiency,

Qualifications

8+ years delivering quality, compliance, or process programs as a TPM with ownership.
Proven people leadership to grow high‑performing teams.
Able to simplify complex requirements into pragmatic processes.

Responsibilities

Lead a small TPM team and hire to fill gaps and raise the bar.
Roll out company-wide compliance initiatives across ASPICE, security, privacy and safety.
Partner with engineering, product, safety, security, privacy/legal and operations leaders to drive outcomes.
Design lightweight, low-overhead processes that meet governance needs with minimal friction.
Establish scalable governance with KPIs, dashboards, audits and escalations.
