Responsibilities

• Plan method and sequence of CNC machining operations using programming software or on-machine programming.
• Read and interpret 2D/3D blueprints per work orders or verbal instructions.
• Set up and operate CNC/NC and manual machines (EDM, lathe, mill, grinders).
• Position and secure work, set depth/speed/length and adjust tooling.
• Inspect in-process parts for dimensions and tolerances and adjust as needed.
• Design and build tools, jigs and fixtures as required.
