You will set up, program, and inspect lathes to meet tight tolerances and print requirements.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years CNC lathe experience.
• Proficient in G and M code programming.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate CNC lathes including 2-axis and live tooling configurations.
• Program lathe operations using G and M code or conversational controls.
• Manage inserts, boring bars, and tooling selection for optimal results.
• Produce parts to tight diameter and length tolerances.
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and CMM equipment as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T callouts to print.
