Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm (1 hour unpaid lunch), overtime and weekends possible when needed.

As a Tool & Die Maker II, you’ll perform complex bench, machine, and finishing operations to maintain and enhance precision high speed stamping dies and fixtures. You’ll play a key role in improving die performance, leading training for junior staff, and working with a high-performing technical team in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Wire EDM and Esprit programming experience a plus.
Completion of a state sponsored Tool & Die or Mold Maker apprenticeship program or equivalent industry experience.
5+ years of related experience in tooling manufacturing and CNC programming with CAD experience (Solid Works).
Skilled in electrical troubleshooting.
Soldering, brazing, and welding a plus.
Fork truck certification (training provided) a plus.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
Solid computer skills a plus.
