Acquire4Hire LLC is seeking a dedicated Lead 2 Year Old Teacher to join our Woodstock, VA early childhood education team. You will create a safe, engaging classroom environment where toddlers explore, learn, and grow through a play-based curriculum aligned with developmental needs.

You will maintain a compliant classroom per Virginia standards, support transitions and routines, and document progress while communicating with families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of experience with toddlers in a licensed childcare or preschool setting.
• Ability to pass state-mandated background checks, fingerprinting, and medical clearances.
• Exceptional patience and strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan and implement play-based curriculum for two-year-olds.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom per Virginia licensing standards.
• Assist daily routines including meals, rest, and potty training.
• Observe and document student progress; communicate milestones to parents/guardians.
