Job summary

You will mentor assistants, observe progress, document milestones, communicate with parents through updates and conferences, and ensure licensing standards are met in a clean, well-organized classroom.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of direct professional experience in an early childhood setting.
• High energy.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• A strong understanding of child development.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification.
• Must clear full background check.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a play-based curriculum promoting development.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom meeting licensing standards.
• Observe, assess, and document each child's progress and milestones.
