Job summary

Acquire4Hire LLC in Orlando, FL is seeking a Lead Toddler Teacher to create a safe, nurturing environment for children aged 12 to 36 months. You will design age-appropriate curricula, manage daily routines, and partner with families to support each child's development.

You will mentor assistants, observe progress, document milestones, communicate with parents through updates and conferences, and ensure licensing standards are met in a clean, well-organized classroom.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of direct professional experience in an early childhood setting.
• High energy.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• A strong understanding of child development.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification.
• Must clear full background check.

About This Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team in Orlando, FL.
