Job summary

Celebree School of Franklin-Cool Springs is seeking a Lead Toddler Teacher to create a nurturing learning environment for preschoolers and to support the growth of classroom aides toward becoming Celebree teachers.

You will deliver developmentally appropriate activities, maintain a safe classroom, and communicate regularly with families about progress and development. CPR/First Aid certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; CDA credential or higher preferred.
• Minimum two years of professional experience in Early Childhood Education.
• Knowledge of childcare licensing regulations.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills; patience and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom atmosphere for preschoolers.
• Integrate language-rich activities, storytelling, and early literacy experiences.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of the classroom environment.
• Establish open communication with parents about progress.
