Job summary

Celebree School in Franklin, TN is seeking a Lead Preschool Teacher to create a nurturing learning environment and deliver engaging activities for preschoolers. You will also mentor classroom Aides on their path to becoming Celebree Teachers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; CDA or higher preferred.
• At least two years of professional experience in Early Childhood Education.
• Knowledge of child development, behavior, and licensing regulations.
• Strong classroom management, and communication skills; CPR/First Aid certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
• Create warm, inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Integrate language-rich activities and early literacy experiences.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety of the classroom and materials.
• Communicate with parents about child development.
