Job summary

Celebree School invites an Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our caring team. You’ll shape early development in a nurturing, engaging classroom, aligning with Celebree's mission and values, and support infants and toddlers through age-appropriate activities.

You’ll collaborate with classroom aides, prepare lesson plans, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, maintain records, and create welcoming environments for children, parents, and visitors. Monday through Friday shifts available.

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
• Knowledge of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and childcare licensing requirements.
• Ability to manage a classroom with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Navigate the day's activities alongside infants, offering guidance and support as they begin to explore.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with Office of Child Care regulations and company policies.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement age-appropriate, stimulating lesson plans aligned with Celebree’s infant curriculum.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting space that fosters curiosity.
• Accurately complete paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking.
