Celebree School is looking for an Infant/Toddler Teacher to shape early development in a nurturing, enriching setting. You will weave Celebree's vision, mission, and values into daily activities and mentor aides entering early childhood education.

You will lead a classroom, develop age-appropriate curricula, and collaborate with a supportive leadership team offering coaching and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
• Knowledge of behavioral and developmental stages of children and childcare licensing requirements.
• Strong classroom management, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Navigate the day's activities alongside infants, offering gentle guidance and support.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all regulations, standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement age-appropriate, stimulating lesson plans.
• Ensure the classroom is safe, clean, and inviting to promote curiosity.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking.
