Job summary

Celebree School of Thorndale is seeking an Infant/Toddler Teacher to shape early development in a nurturing classroom. You will implement Celebree’s infant curriculum and mentor aides as they grow into early childhood education roles.

Responsibilities include planning developmentally appropriate activities, ensuring a safe and inviting space, and maintaining accurate records while following state licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• This role requires understanding behavioral and developmental stages of children.
• Knowledge of childcare licensing requirements and classroom management.
• Ability to create age-appropriate activities and maintain safety and records.

Responsibilities

• Navigate the infant classroom with guidance and support for early steps.
• Ensure compliance with Office of Child Care regulations and company policies.
• Create engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and maintain safe, inviting spaces.
• Complete paperwork, electronic reports, and attendance tracking accurately.
• Provide a welcoming classroom environment for children, families, and visitors.
